· Exceptional math aptitude.
· Works with a sense of urgency!
· Familiarity with Yardi, Proficient with MS Excel.
· Strong communication skills; to communicate at all levels and across diverse cultures.

· Understanding of property accounting is a requirement!
· Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
