LOAN COORDINATOR (Brooklyn & Spring Valley)

 

Summary:

 

To provide support to one or more Mortgage Advisors (MA) to facilitate the timely review and submission of completed mortgage application packages, including the supporting documentation required to process the loan. Track & update the MA on loan and pipeline status.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist MA with new loan applications by entering information into the loan operating system (LOS)
  • Assist MA with prequalification documentation & submit loan requesting a certified pre-approval to underwriting
  • Assist the Mortgage Advisors in structuring loans & requesting initial disclosures
  • Follow up with the borrower for the signed disclosures and all outstanding documents necessary for submission to processing & underwriting approval
  • Collect all supporting documentation from borrower in accordance with submission checklist & AUS Findings.
  • Order verifications from various third parties including but not limited to appraisal, title, homeowners’ insurance, flood certificates, social security verification and any written verifications of employment
  • Review the application for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting the file to processing.
  • Upon underwriting approval, review outstanding conditions with assigned processor & obtain same from borrower and/or any relevant third parties.
  • Upon receipt of all underwriting conditions, notify the assigned processor so that they can review & resubmit the file into underwriting.
  • Communicate to the processor regarding expected closing dates or the issuance of “Time of the Essence” (TOE) on purchase loans.
  • Answer calls from borrowers, title, or any agents regarding status & general questions throughout the loan process
  • Monitor the MA’s pipeline to ensure loans are moving through the various milestones & provide updates to the MA.
  • Additional duties as assigned, customized to the individual MA’s needs, to enable them to focus on sales

Listed below are the major components of the job description.

 Job Summary:

 The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for communications oversight of key product categories and related brand messaging across all media platforms ensuring that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences.  Works collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies: partner with Product Development, Sales, and Engineering to maximize growth of the business.

 Essential Job Functions:

1) Manage and develop marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. 

* Design, create content and produce marketing materials including emails, advertisements, brochures, sales sheets, Sales presentations etc. Analyze marketing materials effectiveness and modify as necessary in order to optimize performance.

* Track all incoming leads in Cryopak divisions Lead Reports.

 

2) Manage and maintain company website.

* Develop technically accurate website and blog content 

* Work in conjunction with the website developer to manage search engine optimization for the site. 

* Use website performance information to develop and modify appropriate tactics.

 

3) Assist with public relations activities.

* Write and distribute press releases.

* Develop and maintain relations with media contacts.

* Research and coordinate editorial byline opportunities with appropriate industry related publications.

 

4) Coordinate trade show preparation; utilities, travel plans etc. 

 

5) Prepare and format reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards.

 

6) Record monthly Google Analytic reports of Cryopak divisions.

 

7) Collaborate with Director of Corporate Development to develop sales presentations and provide reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.

 

8) Support the product development and product launch process as needed.

 

9) Contribute in assisting other business units as needed.

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations required.

Prior Employment Experience: 2+ years’ related experience, ideally in business-to-business marketing.

Normal Learning period: 3-6 months

Other Skills required: (computer, language, etc)

* Microsoft Office Suite.

* Adobe Design Suite.

* Working knowledge of CRM/database (Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot) software is preferred.

* WordPress.
