Job Opening: Team Leader – The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, Inc. (Claims Conference) – Manhattan Location

The Conference on Jewish Material Claims against Germany, Inc. Are you a self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact? The Claims Conference is currently seeking a Team Leader for a new program in our Relationship Management department. The Team Leader will manage a team of Program Specialists, lead troubleshooting efforts, and liaise between internal and external clients to ensure the highest quality of service.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate workload amongst team;

· Implement efficient procedures to support team productivity and performance;

· Communicate effectively to team, ensuring accuracy in the information relayed to clients;

· Provide guidance to team on resolving difficult cases;

· Serve as a second tier for calls requiring escalation;

· Liaise between clients, social service agencies, technical experts and Chief Experience Officer to ensure the highest quality of service;

· Prepare reports for relevant stakeholders;

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience in a customer support role, preferably within a call center;

· At least 2 years of management experience;

· Team-player who can build positive working relationships with internal and external clients;

· Effective communicator and active listener;

· Strong troubleshooting abilities;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel skills are a must;

· Foreign language skills are helpful but not required.

The market operations associate will help make pricing, market strategy, and operational decisions on a daily basis, and then will implement those decisions along with the VP of Energy Markets and the sales, product, and marketing teams. This is a great chance to develop strategy and operations skills while interacting with a wide range of stakeholders in the industry. By monitoring industry trends and market development and using creative problem solving, the market operations associate helps to implement and refine EnergyHub’s strategy in the marketplace.

This is a multi-faceted role where knowledge of energy markets, utility tariffs, and demand response is incredibly useful, and a strong background in analysis is a plus. Specific responsibilities include:

Managing energy market operations for EnergyHub: understand and handle all aspects of the daily operation of the demand response business in energy markets from program launch to provision of services.

BA/BS. Coursework in policy, finance, statistics or math is a plus
