We are seeking a mid-level operations/controller to provide back office assistance to a new and growing investment advisory firm. Among other things, the position will be responsible for:
All reporting in connection with the lifecycle of a trade, typically public equities and derivatives (including inputting trades into the order management system),
Cash, securities and collateral movements
Managing outside vendors (e.g., accounting, administrator and IT) and the invoice payment process
Opening and managing bank and brokerage accounts
